Often we focus on the inside of our houses to make sure the home has the most appeal when selling. It is also important that we think about curb appeal and how we can improve on that as well. The first thing a prospective buyer sees is the outside. If the house does not look appealing when a buyer first sees the house, that can set the mood for the rest of the showing.

The lawn is what onlookers focus on first. After viewing it, they move their eyes to other parts of the yard to get a better impression of the home. Potential homebuyers will move on to something better if your lawn doesn’t look nice.
