"The Coolest House in Indianapolis" (Indpls Monthly blog). Designed by architect Evans Woollen (Clowes Hall, Central Library addition, Federal Building, etc.), this 1962 architectural gem is available for the first time. This Mid-Century Modern reinterpretation of the "trulli" houses of southeastern Italy has been featured in many national & local publications. Set on one acre in northern Washington Township, it has been a dramatic background for many benefits and entertaining. Divided into two "silos," the larger contains the great room, loft, kitchen, and master bedroom. The second contains three bedrooms and a finished attic. Room measurements are necessarily imprecise due to the design. Agents: Please read Agent Remarks.
